At Polygroup, our mission is to manufacture and deliver products to our clients with the utmost confidence in their quality, performance, design and value. Quality Management Our quality management systems play an important role by assuring that our company can produce and deliver the quality products and services expected by our customers. This is achieved through a systematic approach of high standards and a focus on improvement. Polygroup has established measurement systems to assess its progress in continuous quality improvement. Some of the tools used to monitor our manufacturing operations include professional quality control teams, routine organizational audits and self-assessments, customer complaint and resolution systems and stringent product testing. For example, all Quick Set® ring pools are test inflated for 24 hours prior to packing. Currently, all of Polygroup manufacturing facilities in China are ISO 9001:2000 certified. Our steadfast commitment to continuous improvement has produced excellent results in safety, reliability, and quality. Operational Excellence Our approach is to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing, safety and every aspect of our operations to enhance overall performance. Polygroup has assembled a balanced product portfolio comprising 5 major categories that are integrated to best utilize our raw materials, workforce and operations. Our large-scale operations and the operational flexibility to reduce manufacturing and material costs provide significant competitive advantages. In addition, we are the most vertically integrated supplier in the industry producing nearly every component that goes into our products. This enables us to better control cost, quality, and the delivery of our products. Vertical integration also means that we can offer enhanced design flexibility and support to our customers. Our focus is to create a lean operation characterized by the efficient use of assets, high inventory turns, excellent supplier management, short cycle times, continuous flow, reduction in costs, and elimination of waste.
